does the Eurofase Lighting 14788 direct wire into 120v w/out the need of additional transformers/drivers?

The Eurofase Lighting 14788 Transitional Four Light Ambient Lighting In-Wall Step Light does not need any additional hardware to install. This has a built in converter for 120V.

Can this be used out doors, does it come with the lamps

The Eurofase Lighting 14788 is not rateed for out door use and the bulbs do not come with the light.
