Door Saver II Hinge Pin Door Stop
Wide open door
These door stops work good if you have a 90 degree door. But they do not work if you want to open all the way. They stop at about 75% of the way and do not allow you to open all the way. I could only use about half of the ones I purchased.

Door saver -hinge pin door stop
The best and neatest way to use a door stop. Looks good ( almost does not show at all ) and does what it supposed to do well. Absolutely recommend it to everybody.

Fell far short of expectations
I ordered these for all the doors in my house, but could only use them for a few. I had a number of issues with these stops. First, you have to have a 1/8" to 1/4" gap between the hinge and your trim. Second, the stops do not provide a hard stop, but a springy one. This actually makes it difficult to use on a door that can only open 90 degrees. I ended up only using this on doors that could swing open more than 90 degrees. Another thing to note is that these hinge pins are very difficult to install and remove. The end of the pin flares out and makes for a very tight fit.

Did not fit on my 4" ball bearing hinges. I was so excited to try these. But they were too small.

great for cheap metal doors
the regular door stops you put in with the hinges dent the cheap exterior metal doors. These are awsome in place of those. Why don't they reinforce those doors where they know you are going to put a stop anyway?

damaged door frame
it is possible that we didn't install correctly, but the hinge stopped the door by wedging into the door frame. I liked the idea and figured out how to adjust it too.

Doesn't work as advertised. Saw on HGTV or DIY.
Going to put the old style stopper back on.
