Covered electronic ignition: located inside the burner, the covered electronic ignition is protected from being damaged or scratched by any cookware. Powerful Sealed burners: Sealed burners allow for easy clean-up and prevent any cooking spills from damaging interior components. Automatic re-ignition: Fagor gas cooktops are equipped with individual spark generators for each burner. If the flame is extinguished by draft, the cooktop will automatically generate a spark, re-igniting the burner.

Designed with three concentric flame outputs and large surface burners, the triple crown burner allows you to switch from a high setting for frying meats to a low setting for simmering a delicate sauce. When less power is needed, the concentric flames will turn off starting from the outside.

The cast iron grates allow you to transfer pots and pans easily from burner to burner, providing you with a stable surface to cook on.
