So far, so good I was looking for a way to heat and cool a converted garage space. I decided on this unit based on the available info and reviews. It was installed through the wall without a problem, and seems to cool this long, narrow room very well. Of course, we have not yet used the heat, nor have I yet seen the effect on the electric bill, but it would have been costly to run ducts into this space, and we already have problems with getting uniform heating/cooling in all rooms. The price was good, and delivery was prompt and without problems. August 25, 2011

Good product for the money I use this unit to cool my work shop and it does the job really well This unit is loaded with cooling and heating options. I've only had the unit for a couple of weeks but so far it out performed the other units I've used hands down. Stongly recomended. May 6, 2011

Excellent Choice I bought a old house to fix up with no Air and Heat system. I ordered 3 of these units and have install them through the wall. It's nearing the end of July in Florida and I can't tell that it's 100 degrees outside AC work perfect; I haven't tried the heat yet but I'm sure it will work fine because I'm in florida where it don't really get too cold. The units are very easy to install and operate. The price is awesome. Way to go VentingDirect. I'm going to order 3 more very soon for another project. July 27, 2010
