This lock secures your door to the door jamb in order to prevent forced entry into your home. It includes the double cylinder locking device and the interlocking strike it attaches to, as well as a tamper-resistant shutter guard for extra security.

Any of the dead bolt lock can be keyed the same if you would like.

with this double cylinder lock you can only open it with a key from the inside correct?

The First Watch 1125 double cylinder is keyed on both sides. So yes, it needs to be opened with a key on the inside.
