Nice light, but... We like the light but the insulation mat is visible on each of the lights - just a poor design. Also, the screws that attach the brackets for the glass to the lamp body lined-up poorly - again, design shortcoming. May 24, 2011

OK light, Maxim tons better There is too much stuff in there so it does not fit totally flush to the ceiling. I bought this one, and the Maxim one. The maxim one is easy to install and fits completely flush with the ceiling. BUY THE MAXIM ONE! March 28, 2011

Nice Looking Light I purchased the Brushed Nickel, and for me, it has a clean, modern look to it, and it goes very nice in my bedroom. I have to agree with a previous reviewer, who said the light had a little "too much stuffing inside". I found that I had to remove some so that the metal part would fit flush to the ceiling. All in all, though, an easy enough install, and for the price, it can't be beat. I'm happy. December 31, 2010

beautiful light fixture Love the look of this substantial three light fixture in a bedroom. Glass arrived smashed in first box, customer service excellent on a weekend. Replacement glass arrived a week later in double packing boxes. Glass does have more swirled pattern not visible in on-line photos. Great quality for price. September 20, 2010

The Forte Lighting 2199-03 bulbs are very easy to change you just need to take off the glass globe and unscrew the bulbs.

Is this light completely closed at the top so bugs won't get in and be seen through the glass?

The Forte Lighting 2199-03 has a one inch gap around the edge of the glass.

How does the glass globe come off?

The Forte Lighting 2199-03 is attatched to the base by clips. You can unscrew these for removal of the glass.
