ceiling light we just put on a addition with a nice size walk in closet. this is a nice simple light at a great price that does the job. December 6, 2010

Good light for the money I needed a small but bright flush mount ceiling light for over the kitchen sink area in my cabin and this 9.5 inch diameter light that holds two 60 watt bulbs worked out perfectly. The only negative was the shipping cost which was almost as much as the cost of the light itself but had I ordered more items shipping would have been free. I just didn't have a need for aymore products at the time I ordered this light. October 14, 2010

Great Purchase It looked top of the class for the cost. It matched with other decorative lightinbg fixtures. It was very easy to install. September 6, 2010

The widest point of the Forte Lighting 6003-02 is 9.5".

can this model be used with a dimmer?

The Forte Lighting 6003-02 is able to be used with a dimmer switch. The fixture measures at 5.25x 9.5 and takes 2 60w bulbs. If you have any other questions I will be happy to help.

Is this light safe to use in a bathroom, near (but not directly over) a bathtub?
