What is the optimal cabinet base width for this sink?
A. The Franke PRX 110-21 doesn't specify cabinet base dimensions. This is designed for undermounting in solid surface countertops. It measures 21" by 19" and is 9.06" deep. You can install it anywhere as long as it fits the dimensions.
Why is It so much more expensive than the NAX and PCX? what are the differences?
A. The Franke PRX 110-21 Single Basin Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink is constructed of a thicker gauge of steel than the NAX and is much larger at 21" x 19" x 9-1-16" vs. the NAX at 17" x 17" x 7". The PCX is the same gauge steel thickness, but is 21" x 19" x 7-5/16". The PRX also has an integral ridge to hold a grid drainer.
How far from the bottom of the sink is the integral ledge?
The Franke PRX 110-21 has an integral ledge about half way to the top.
