Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet with SilkMove Single Handle and Locking Spray
know your sink
well, we purchased and installed however we also bought deep sinks and this 8 1/2 inch faucet required us to lean forward too far and it caused back pain. Also, because the water shoots straight down, and that spot was not in the center of the sink(s), we had to put the dishes way out in front, again causing back pain. SO the moral of the story is that you need to know how far you are able to lean and consider a faucet that shoots the water out at an angle towards you....
at any rate, bought another one with a 10" reach and an angled spout.... lets see what happens with that...
too bad I cant return it though....anyone need a slightly used faucet :-)

very sturdy and beautiful faucet
Recommended by my contractor. Very clean looking, nice in the hand, and no drips.

We bought this faucet on the recommendation of my brother-in-law and we have loved it ever since we installed it. The pics and the description do not do it justice. We installed it with one of the new Jonathan Adler Kohler sinks and we get no splash back at all - which is something I saw in other reviews. The sink is probably about 17" deep or more - so that might help. The water stream is perfect. There is a hidden button on the back of the top of the neck to make the water turn to spray mode and the very bottom of the neck near the spout comes out to all you to use the pull out spray. The design and function of this are 2nd to none. I am very happy with my purchase.

I chose this faucet because of its simple design, and was not disappointed. Like other reviews install was a bit complicated. I would have had more trouble being a Do it yourselfer but thanks to other reviews I knew what to expect and watch out for. Like other reviews I also had trouble with the faucet leaning to one side when tightening down. This is because the water feed is off center (by design) which draws the faucet to the opposite side when tightened. I made my own rubber gasket to make the faucet plum and had no trouble after that. But still love it's looks and function.

We did a kitchen remodel and I could not find a faucet style I liked in Home Depot or other comparable dealer. This faucet was a fantastic deal. It looks great and is quality all around. The size scared me at first, but it turns out to be the jewel of my kitchen. The mechanics are tight and the flow its pretty forceful. If you don't want to be splashed just turn the pressure down a bit. The spray function is nice too.
I get a lot of compliments of the faucet. It is one you won't find in a common retail store.

Great, substantial quality and performance
This faucet looks and acts like faucets double and even triple the price!
The pull out spray is heavy and sits well in your hand, it's even weighted to assist in the retraction.
I highly recommend this faucet in budget - mid-range kitchens.
Looks SO much more expensive than it is!

sleek and modern
product information was exact. The water stream is excellent. One should note that once you turn the spray feature on, you can not hit the button to change it back to the solid stream without first turning the faucet off. Not a problem, but it took me a bit of getting used to. A giant thumbs up to FaucetDirect--I received this product immediately, in perfect condition, and the site information and on-line chat feature was a huge help in deciding which faucet to order. I will use this site again.

Great Faucet, Lousy Instructions
This is a fabulous faucet but it's installation instructions leave much to be desired. The installation of the hose in the faucet is not intuitive, you have to place the housing for the spray head over the flex hose and snake it up through the faucet rather than from the bottom to the top which is intuitive. The arrows on the diagram mean nothing until you call Tech Support and they explain it. The other problem is that the hoses are not labeled so you have a 50% chance of hooking up the hoses correctly on the first try.
OK, what do I love about this faucet? I love the three dimensional actuator valve, the spray head, the absolutely clean lines, the high arc of the faucet, and the wide faucet swivel - which BTW is not clear in any literature. This is the best faucet I have owned and it is a great value!

Although this faucet looks really good, there are some issues that as a DIY might be problematic. First, the instructions are too simplified; not all pieces are called out on the schematic drawing. Second, the actual installation was difficult because there is only a single mounting post, which is offset to one side of the base. As I tightened the washer, under the counter, the faucet would lean to the side where the mounting post is located. This put the faucet out of plumb. I finally had to insert a thin rubber gasket on the mounting post side to keep it plumb. Not ideal. Third, the water stream is very powerful and at full output will splash outside the sink (even at 9"+ deep). However, the look is great. The fit and finish is very good. And the spray head works great except that to return to a stream, you must turn off the water first.

I was very pleased with my purchase right from the start to the delivery and followup. Excellent quality and it operates very smoothly. I could suggest that supplying a small way of identifying the hot and cold braided lines with red and blue vinyl tape after attaching would make it easier to determine the hot and cold lines when you are under the sink trying to attach them to the water supply lines. Just a thought to make this a 5 star rating of an excellent item.
