This deep, even layered chrome surface creates a luminous and mirror like sheen. Grohe finishes are life tested to withstand 60,000 “wipes” with an abrasive cloth.

Look carefully before you buy thisWe have renovated extensively and have had many Grohe products. Two Ladylux faucets in the past.
We bought this one a year and a half ago when we redid our kitchen. It was wrong from the beginning. If you look at the sales picture it shows it on an island accesible from all 4 sides. When you install it on a regular kitchen sink with a full back splash the handle is too close and has to be mounted in the front at an angle to turn the water on. Otherside if you mount it lets say 3 o`clock or the handle at 9 o`clock you can`t turn it on to the back without hitting the black splash. Our handle sticks out about an 1.5" over the sink. That is problem number 1. Number 2 again look at the brochure and the actual spray nozzle finish is a stainless steel finish in "DARK" stainless. The rest of the entire faucett is a lighter regular stainless. THEY do not match in color of the stainless. We thought it was a mistake they made. IT is how it comes. The worst part now is the spray switch broke from spray to regular. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. We replaced it once and it costs a bundle for that spray head. NOW it is broken again and I am not sure I want to spend that kind of money. Wife just said we made a mistake bite the bullet and buy something else. I do not think that the Grohe of today is what it used to be and for a very high price. I would pass on this unless you have an island sink and can live with two different finishes on one faucett.

Nothing but troubleI bought this Grohe faucet six years ago because of the name's reputation and the beauty of the design. From the beginning, I had to keep a screw driver in a kitchen drawer because I had to tighten the screw holding the handle so often, Lately, I had to do that about twicee a week.
About a year ago, something strange happened: the metal sheet wrapping the head got crinkled and stayed that way.
Yesterday, we realized that the tube was leaking and had created a pool of water in the cupboard under the sink.
Needless to say, we are looking for a new faucet. Next one wiol not be Grohe.

looks nice - works badlyWe installed it a year ago with a kitchen remodel. Fine control with the lever is hard or requires motor skills we don't have. After a year I finally got good enough to not splash myself half the time.
The sprayer never worked well for us. It only stayed in spray mode if I kept the water running hard (like splashing out of the sink hard). If I backed off to something more reasonable it would switch back to strainer flow.
After a year, the switch stuck in sprayer mode and we couldn't get it back to strainer mode.
Not great engineering, but it looks pretty.

Grohe K4 spray faucetThe faucet looks good, but I was not that happy with the spray action. The sprayer only works if the water is running at full blast. I would like to use the sprayer at a lower water pressure. The original sprayer we got was defective and dripped. Faucet Direct was good about quickly sending a replacement, but we still had to pay for the plumbers return trip. We are hoping that this replacement sprayer works better.

Great ProductThe quality of this faucet is outstanding. It was expensive but I believe it's a case of "you get what you pay for." The customer service from Faucet Direct was tremendous. I had great concerns about buying the faucet online but my worries were unfounded. I'll leave you with comment my plumber made about the faucet, "It's perfect!"

Best Purchase EverI truly have to say that this faucet is the BEST#1 purchase in my kitchen after the granite countertops. My husband thought I was nuts paying this amount for a faucet but when the plumber came to install he laughed and told my husband it was the best faucet he ever installed. I love the smooth on/off faucet mechanism. Everyday I say how much I love it...money well spent. Treat yourself it is well worth it!!

Great faucetLooks great. Works great. Wish the handle were stainless steel like the rest of the faucet. Overall works great and looks great.
How high is the faucet from counter top to the top of the faucet at its highest point?
A. The Grohe 32 071 = The overall height of the faucet, from counter to the highest point is 13.25".
I will be purchasing a Oliveri stainless steel double sink with a nickel finish. I would like to match a Grohe K4 Series faucet with it. Which finish would match the nickel finish best? Stainless Steel finish or Real steal finish?
A. The Grohe stainless steel is real stainless steel. The Grohe supersteel is a brass body with a stainelss steel finish. Either choice would look good with your sink.
is it better to have solid brass body with ss as in the 32071 or all stainless steel as in the 33759
A. The Grohe 32 071 and 33 759 Faucets are both expertly crafted and durable. The Stainless Steel and Brass Body choices are a matter of personal preference only. One is not more durable then the other.
The handle doesn't have to be installed under the faucet (as pictured), but can be installed on the right side?
A. The Grohe 32 071 can be installed however you need to have the handle positioned. The image is positioned as such to show dimension.
When you switch to spray mode, is there a switch to keep it there or do you have to hold the button?
A. The Grohe 32 071 has a switch on the spout when you switch the button the the spray will stay on that setting without holding the button.
can the handle be installed at a 45% angle, rather than fully on the right side or front?
A. The Grohe 32 071 can be installed however you need.
What is the degree of rotation?
A. The Grohe 32 071 has a 140 degree rotation.
Since the handle to turn it on is under the spout, will my hand get sprayed every time I try to turn it on?
A. The Grohe 32 071 handle can be set on the left, right, or in the front. If you do place the handle on the front you can swivel the spout so it doesnt get your hands wet when you turn it on.
Can you use an escutcheon plate with this faucet?
A. You can use Grohe escutcheon plate 07 552 with the Grohe 32 071.
Does this faucet rotate?
A. The Grohe 32 071 is able to turn as well as change the handle position.
Someone mentioned in the reviews that the hot and cold switch is reversed. Is this the case?
A. The Grohe 32 071 does have the hot on the right and cold on the left.
What does low lead compliance mean?
A. Low lead Compliance is for CA and VT only, these states have specific laws and regulations that the manufacturers must meet.
What soap dispenser matches the stainless steel finish of this faucet?
A. I think the Grohe 28 751 would be your best choice in a soap dispenser with a matching stainless steel finish
Where is this faucet made?
This faucet is manufactured in Germany.
