Ladylux Cafe Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Stainless Steel Body, SilkMove Cartridge - Non-Locking Spray Control
Purchased new 3 years ago for our kitchen remodel. Have had numerous problems that Grohe is slow to help with. Getting the run-around trying to get a replacement. Have been in contact with them too many times now.
I have completed the suggested maintenance and problems still exist, currently dealing with extreme decrease in water pressure. I have had to take this faucet apart too many times trying to fix things. Very frustrating!
Disappointed, would never purchase again and am shopping for other brands now.

It's undeniably beautiful and was quite easy to install. But after just a year, the handle came loose - when the handle is in an upright position, it turns the water on by slowly dropping down on its own weight! We have to be really careful to always leave the handle at the forward position when the faucet is not in use. Yet I'm in constant fear that one day the faucet will turn itself on and flood the house. We don't see an easy fix since the faucet came as more or less a single piece. Won't recommend it.

Looks much better than it works
Be careful and measure for this. We LOVED the look of it when we bought it. The lever moves front for cold and back for hot. We can not get it fully hot because we run out of room and hit the back wall. We will have to place. Also, the pull out spray is great but it is hard to push back in and ours will not stay on pray - the locking function does not work.

pretty good faucet
This is a very well made faucet that looks nice and is easy to use. There is one drawback to it however. In order to use the sprayer function, you must continue to press the spray button the entire time you are spraying. You cannot just switch to "spray" mode, and then have it keep on spraying, the way one of my Moen faucets does.

So far so good
The Ladylux Cafe replaced a nine-year old similar faucet except the original was all chrome. Great looking faucet and functional. Very, very easy iinstallation. The only downside which only time will tell is how well the sprayer stays in the neck of the faucet. Our last one started to hang out 1/4", even after replacing the sprayer. The rubber on the spray trigger also wore out, but then again it was nine years old. Also, if you're looking for a faucet where the spray will lock this model is not for you.

Great looking and works great
We bought this faucet for our kitchen remodel. We have stainless steel appliances and a black composit granite sink so the Grohe faucet with the black sprayer-grip was a perfect choice. It looks great and was very easy to install. My only small complaint is that the faucet drips a bit after use. Nothing we can't live with but we expected more for the cost. Also the price of the faucet at faucetdirect.com was by far the best we found at any store - using wholesale pricing - or online.

New Grohe Faucet
I wish I would have ordered this faucet years ago. It works great. The spayer is very powerful and easy to use. The only thing to take note is that when you order this faucet there is a difference between ordering for whether you want to push a button on to keep the spayer on. This one does not keep the sprayer on. You need to hold it with your finger. Make sure you order the correct model.

Held up well for 11 years.
I have had this faucet for over 11 years, for the first 10, I have had no issues. My only complaint is that I have used the sprayer button so often that about a year ago, the button wore off and it is now just a hole with a hard plastic bit sticking out of it that I need to hold down to use the sprayer. I am having difficulty finding a replacement part.

Great Product, but....
Great quality, exceptionally easy to install, great German quality. My unit is a couple years old. My only complaint is that you have to hold down the spray button the whole time you want a spray pattern. No trigger push and release button like some faucets have. If I had known this before hand, I may have looked at others.

I purchased this faucet from Faucet Direct after looking to the local plumbing suppliers and found no one could beat their pricing - as always. This model was over $1100 but, I picked it up for nearly half of that. Same faucet, directly delivered.
It is fine quality and very contemporary looks great with Caledonia granite.
