Are there any swing arms available to allow this to adjust to 3 3/8 centers?

The Grohe 34 189 is only adjustable to 5-7" centers and does not have any arm accessories to adjust this further.

Can this tub filler work with Grohe 27 421?

The Grohe 34 189 can work with the 27 421.

What about the connection for the hand shower? Couldn't that be connected to the Movario hand shower?

The Grohe 34 189 has a hand shower connection that the Movario hand shower can connect to.

I'm assuming that this comes with a diverter for changing from shower/tub filler, correct?

The Grohe 34 189 has a diverter to switch water to the hand shower hose connection. You turn the knob on the right forward for the tub and backwards for the shower

The flow rate specification is stated to be N/A. For the shower, is it the same as for 34-182 (26 L/min@45psi)?

The Grohe 34 189 will have almost 3 times the flow rate as the shower model 34 182; this will allow the tub to fill up a lot faster. I hope this helps!
