Can you describe the champagne finish?

The Hafele 543.19.60 has a champagne finish, I'd say its between a silver and a gold finish.

How long are the screws for this rack? I want to make sure they do not poke through the other side of the cabinet door.

The Hafele 543.19.60 comes with anchors for screws. Length of the screws should be determined by you when installing.

How many spice bottles will each shelf hold?
