Expensive but worth it This shower head is fantastic. Even though it is a rain shower, it has more than enough power to wash soap off hair. It is expensive but the quality and performance are indisputable. March 17, 2011

can this be used in a tub/shower ?

The Hansgrohe 27474 shower head only and can be used in a tub shower combo.

Do you carry the ceiling mount arm for this rain shower head?

If you wanted to mount this item on the ceiling you would need the Hansgrohe 27418 or 27479

Does hansgrohe make a smaller rainshower head? What size would i need for a 32X34 shower?

Hansgrohe has the 27476 which uses a 7" sprayface.

Does this shower head have any swivel at all? Would I be able to tilt it at all?

Yes, the Hansgrohe 27474 can swivel.

What is the water usage flow rate gal/min?
