Which shower arm with escutcheon plate do you recommend.

The Hansgrohe 28471 is made of both metal and plastic. It is not 100% metal.

What shower arm do you recommend for this?

HansGrohe's standard 27411 shower arm would be an appropriate match with the 28471 head.
