Best Customer Service Ever!!
The light (that I LOVE) came in and was missing a screw. I called customer service and Russell immediately got on phone with manufacturer and had a new one sent. I told him I was having a huge party in 3 days and needed it before then. He sent me a tracking number and even called to follow up. I have never had this great service before anywhere. Go Russell!!

Nice, but
Nice lamp. Very discreet because of the slim line. Unfortunately, my outlet is behind my picture and the transformer on the plug in was too large. It made the picture hang out from the wall and it is in spot where it showed. We bought a picture for my parents that needs a light, so we will give it to them.

The House of Troy APH16 is only 16" in length. It may not completely light up a 6ft mural.

what is the advantage of having the transformer vs. not having one?
A transformer allows you to use lower voltages and potentially use less energy.
