Life in Florida - Gotta have a fan
This fan has a classic look and is perfect for the Master Bedroom.
Not only does it look good, it feels great.

Attractive but not perfect
This is a very attractive high-quality fan, and we are pleased with our purchase. As the photo shows, the light is a subdued yellow, but we wanted that since we have other lighting for reading. It is quiet. Our only trouble with this product is the fit of the rod and light unit is limited, so you do not have total control of the lamps orientation; i.e. we could not make the longer sides of the lamp parallel with our walls. But is still looks great.

how far done does this light hang from the ceiling
The Hunter 21978 is 17.23 tall from ceiling to bottom of the light kit.
I bought this fan a few weeks ago and broke a piece of glass out of the shade. Can I buy just the shade and how much would it be

Is it possible to use an extension rod with it, even if it's purchased separately?

The Hunter 21978 does not have an extension rod included.
Can this fan be installed as a hugger type fan?
The Hunter 21978 cannot be installed as a hugger fan. It is a semi-flush mount installation. Thanks for your question and have a great day!

The Hunter 21978 will come with everything you need for installation as is. Additional down rod may be available, but is not required.

The Hunter 21978 can be used with the Lutron multi point fan control/ Dimmer.
CAn this fan be used on a cathedral celining with a 32 degree pitch. If not is there a ceiling adapter for this fan
The Hunter 21978 is designed to be mounted on a ceiling up to 32 degrees exactly. If you wanted to be sure to have a little extra wiggle room, the vaulted ceiling mount part number is 27996. Thanks!
