Any restriction on putting a different light kit on this fan?

Thank you for your question. The Hunter 23915 is only able to be installed with the light kit that was supplied with this model.

Is the color of the blades cherry or walnut? Reddish or dark brownish?

The Hunter 23915 blades are reversible- Walnut / Washington Cherry Blades.

Does this fan have a pull cord to use if I don't get a remote?

The Hunter 23915 does have pull chains.

Height of fan with light kit?

The overall height measures 15.5"h

Since the remote control question has already been addressed, I'd like to know if a wall control can be used for this model.

The Hunter 23915 is compatible with the remote 27157.

What is the wattage equivalent to a regular light bulb? Can it be used?

The Hunter 23915 uses a 26W CFl blub, which is about the same light as a 100W incandescent. However, this fixture will not accept a 100W incandescent.

does this fan have a wireless remote or can it be used with a wireless remote.

The Hunter 23915 does not include the remote but you can purchase the Hunter 27157 which is compatible.

Is the light shade white or more amber in color? Also, does this fan happen to come in a 44" blade span version?

The Hunter 23915 light shade is more of a creamy amber color. Unfortunately, it is not offered in a 44" blade span.
