Hunter stockbridge Fan Great fan really moves the air around a large room, big problem, break the globe theres no replacement available, discontinued by Hunter, maybe other globe from differant fan would fit but if it doesnt now you have a useless globe August 13, 2011

Better Than Expected Two of these fans were installed in a large sunroom. The color of the blades and the size of the fans really did set this room off. The speed of the fans is set on low and creates a lot of air movement. Number one recommendation is that you have two ladders and two pairs of hands for installing. They are heavy to handle. Think we'll be ordering two more of these fans for our garage.. July 25, 2011

Its ok The size is why this was ordered. I liked the size and the way it was a middle ground between traditional and contemporary. I do not like that it only allows 2 small base 60watt bulbs and puts off very little light in our very high 2 story family room. It seems as if they could make that part better. I do like the appearance of the overall fan. November 25, 2010

Thank you for your question. The Hunter 23963 can use a down rod. The 26041/2/3/4 ( 26042, 26043 etc) will all work, just depends on the size that you want.
