Thank you for your question the Hunter 28720 is going to take 1 bulb and has a 120V 100Watt bulb.
What is the total height from the bottom of the light kit to the ceiling?
The Hunter 28720 has a height of 19.35" from the bottom of the light kit to the ceiling.

The Hunter 28720 does have a manual reverse switch.
