If flush mounted, what is the total height from ceiling to bottom of light kit?

When flush mounted the Hunter Southern Breeze measures 12.7" from ceiling to bottom of fan.

Can a wall control dimmer be used?

The Hunter Southern Breeze is able to be used with a dimmer switch.

Does this fan have a reversable for air flow up or down?

The Hunter Southern Breeze is reversible.

Is this fan compatible with a remote speed and light dimmer control?

Please take a look at the 27157, 27224 or the 27187 remotes. And you can hard wire this fan to a wall dimmer switch.

What if you don't want to use the light fixture, is there a screw plug for the hole?

Unfortunately there is not a light cap for this mode
