Our products are warranted to be of good quality. We will replace any product if defective in workmanship or material within one year of purchase for our solid brass products, 90 days for plated products. We will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in connection with the sale of the product.
All shipments are packed with great care; however, if damage occurs in transit, please accept the shipment in as damaged. We will assist you in every way possible in collecting your claims for loss or damage. You have five days to report any errors or shortages, after which, there is no claim.
