All Napoleon Fireplaces and hearth Warranty issues need to be handled by the vendor. DO NOT send the customer to Napoleon unless its for a BBQ grill issue. Please get the following info from the customer: 1.The original PO that was purchased through Copperfield will be needed. 2.The customer’s unit and serial number. 3.Problem that is occurring and any trouble shooting that has been completed. The customer’s Installer’s name, address and phone number If the customer is unsure of what the issue is, then the Copperfield Team can conference their installer on with a Napoleon Technician. 4.The final would be the date of their install.
