The InSinkErator F-HC2200 does not include the hot water heater- Tank and Filter sold separately (InSinkErator SST-FLTR)

Can you also connect a cool water chiller to the cold side?

A water chiller can be connected to the InSinkErator F-HC2200.

with this unit and the tank and filter that are sold separately, are both hot and cold water filtered?

Yes, The InSinkErator F-HC2200 is to be used with the F-201 Hot water filtration system, and it is included in the SST-FLTR system.
