Instant Hot Water Dispenser, Double Handle Hot and Cold with 3-Year In-Home Warranty - Tank Included
functional with great looks
I recently purchased the InSinkErator HC-Wave in polished chrome. Installing it was a breeze and the functionality of the design is great. I purchased this as a replacement to another instant hot which didn't last 2 years of service.
This model has clean lines, sturdy construction and does everything an instant hot should.Performs great!
My Faucet Direct sales rep was knowledgeable, and great to deal with. I received the product promptly within a week.

So pleased to have the double hot and cold water dispenser on the sink. I was able to hook it up to the reverse osmosis system under my sink and now the water is pure and tastes so good. We use the hot all the time for making tea. When standing at the sink, you can hear the water heat up and it does make a little bit of noise but I am the only one who hears it. The only thing I would think that would be better and efficient is if the heater had a timer on it so that it did not have to heat all day long. We pretty much use it during the morning and at night. But it sure makes having a cup of tea quick and easy. I was able to eliminate the electric hot water pot on the counter and that made for more open space. Had to add an electrical outlet under the sink for this to operate. Be careful of space if you have multiple items under your sink like I have.

wish i could use it!
it was great to have both hot and cold water at one spigot. But... out of sight, the fitting that goes through the hole in the sink is about 1-1/2 inches wide, a plastic, threaded pipe that would not fit through our sink's hole. But I think this would be a fantastic spigot for instant hot water while not giving up your cold filtered water, all using just one standard hole.

Looks great; easily installed
The "wave" is not locally available though it is a good match with my faucet (& probably other's). It is an upgrade (capacity, hot adjustment & style) to one that lasted 8 yrs. If it holds up as well I will be satisfied!!

We really like the hot water dispenser. Since we drink a lot of tea, 5-10 cups a day, the convenience is great. the small size of the hot water tank was helpful as it fit under the sink with no problems. One note there as the outer case of the tank is plastic. Surprised me a bit.
One thing we didn't consider when we bought the faucet was that the both handles are spring loaded. This is not an issue for the hot water side, but it gets old when filling coffee pots or other large pans from the cold water side.
The only negatives so far is the bend radius on the dispenser loop on the faucet isn't high enough or out far enough. I don't know if it is our sink but because it is not out far enough you can't rest the pot on the sink and fill it. You have to hold the pot under the loop.
I'm not sure if it gets to 210, although it does get hot enough for me.
Bottom line we would by it again.
