Is this light OK for wet conditions? Which accessory do I need to install it in the ground?

The bell box is the same as a plastic junction box. The bell box is another name for the junction box from another manufacture
The Kichler 15231 is compatible with par 20 lamps, if you have an LED par 20 it should work.
