can this ceiling fan be mounted on a sloped ceiling?

I am concerned about how much light this will give off. Do you have an image with it on?
We do not have an image with the light on but: it requires 6 15w B10 lamps and 3 60w B10 lamps respectively (Included)
Is there a separate wall control only for the fan that I could use with this Kichler 300008 fan?
The Kichler 300008 is compatable with the 370012MUL wall control.
From ceiling to tip of light fixture, how long will it hang from the ceiling with the 6" rod installed?
The Kichler 300008 will measure 19.5 inches from ceiling to tip with the 6 inch downrod installed.
