I need a light that has a swithch on the fixture because the light I am replacing is not connected to the wall switch. Does this light have a switch on the fixture?

The Kichler 626 is hardwired and does not have a switch on the fixture itself.

Specs say it extends 5.5" from wall. I assume that includes light bulbs?

The Kichler 626 has an overall extension of 5.5" from the wall, including bulbs.

Can this fixture be mounted vertical? We need to replace 2 side lights. Like makeup lighting

The Kichler 626 can be installed vertically.

Can this fixture be mounted on the ceiling?

The Kichler 626 is not made to be mounted on the ceiling.
