Kichler Lighting 6464 four bulb bathroom light fixture
Kichler’s model 6464 is a modern 4 light fixture with beautiful curved arches. The Kichler 6464 comes with 4 mini-can base T-3 or T-4 100W max tungsten halogen lights which can be used on a dimmer switch.
This is a bright light fixture with 4 x 100 watt halogen light bulbs. For most applications (especially small bathrooms), we recommend adding a dimmer switch to this light fixture in order to adjust the brightness

Clean, simple, modern lines.
I have this in my master bath. It is on a dimmer switch and is plently bright enough--in fact, too bright when turned all the way up. I love the clean simple, yet sophisticated look to the piece. It has an artistic flair to it.

Great, but be prepared
Lights look beautiful and function well. Three things you need to know: if you are switching from an older fixture, you will probably need a larger "box" behind this one, so check; the lights are hot---so keep this in mind and consider putting the sconces flush with the mirror, not the painted wall and definitely spend the money and install a dimmer. The lights are wonderful.

My customer picked this fixture of a bath remodel, and while it lacks some brightness, it is a nice fixture to use in combination with other lighting in the room.

This light made the bathroom remodel.
I love this light fixture. It is bright and you can see everything you need to in the bathroom mirror. My eyes aren't as good as they used to be and I really appreciate a good quality light. It is stylish and makes a fantastic statement in a contemporary bathroom. I've had lots of compliments on it. It is definitely an upscale light. I bought the light a year and a half ago and I couldn't be happier. I came to the website today to order a light bulb for it. I would order the same light in a heartbeat if I bought it today.

Quality Fixture
This is a very nice fixture, very bright. It has 4 100 watt halogen bulbs, which really brightens up a room. Our bathroom is medium sized so I purchased some smaller bulbs which work well. I might buy another for our other bathroom, so I highly recommend the purchase. My husband installed it quite easily with no problems.

Two Kichler 6464 fixtures can be controlled by one wall switch.
My two bronze shades fell down and broke. Could I get replacement shades?
Yes, replacement shades are available. The model number is G6464OZ. They are not listed on the consumer side of our website, so I would recommend calling customer service to order them.

The Kichler 6464 comes with/uses 100W Max. T-3 or T-4 Mini-Can Base Tungsten Halogen Lamps.

The Kichler 6464 is roughly 6.5 inches from the wall to the center of the light bulb.
Will this light work over a standard medicine cabinet
This light could work over a medicine cabinet. The fixture measures 40"w x 8"h
Will the umber shades with the Olde Bronze make the light too dim? Can I get the white shades for this finish?
The umber shades on the Kichler 6464 in the Olde Bronze finish will diffuse the light and make it less bright. You can purchase the white shades to replace the umber and it will not be as dimmed. The replacement white shades are Kichler G6464NI.
What is the size of the back plate on the 6162?
The Kichler 6162 has a back plate measuring 5" in diameter.
