Good Choice Needed a new reading lamp above my bed. This one worked out perfectly although by using a 6500K floresent at 60 watt equilivant I only need to use one of the lights for reading. I could have done fine with the single light model of the same style. April 28, 2011

Can the cord cover be removed? I have a hot wire in the wall for installation.

The Kichler 78012 is a three way turn switch, meaning you can one, the other, or both lights on.

Does the cord cover completely cover the entire cord?

The Kichler 78012 cord cover comes in two 12 in sections making a total of 24 in long. The total cord length is 96 in.
