Can this light be used in bathroom?

The Kichler 8103 will not work in a bathroom for it is rated for dry location only.

can this light be wall mounted

The Kichler 8103 is not recommended to be installed on the wall.

How do I open this to change bulbs?

The Kichler 8103 can be opened by loosening the tiny screws on each side.
