Nice faucet! This faucet works great! I like the strong force of the spray when you need it, but the gentle stream always comes on first, so you don't get sprayed. It looks great in my kitchen and it was pretty easy to install in just a couple hours. The hose has a nice long reach, and the swivel action is smooth. I received it quickly too. I will definitely shop from faucetdirect.com again. The prices are great! September 26, 2011

Very attractive I actually have this in the chrome version and have been very happy with it. We moved into a new house that needed lots of upgrades, so my budget was small, but I thought this was a simple fixture for a great price. Have gotten lots of compliments on it! The sprayer works very well - much better than a separate sprayer in my opinion. August 27, 2011

Nice Faucet, Easy Installation I researched a bit for my new faucet to compliment my new sink. The customer service at faucet direct was beyond outstanding. I was very impressed with their help and promptness.This faucet has been in use for a few weeks now and we are happy with it (we are a family of 6 with no dishwasher in our new home yet, so it gets a lot of use!). It looks classy, and the streamlined look with the sprayer within the unit is nice. It operates nicely and has a helpful feature in which it automatically defaults to a regular flow when you shut it off if it is on spray...keeps me from getting spattered with the sprayer when I turn it back on! I felt the heft of the unit was nice, it is not too lightweight. I personally feel the handle could feel a bit more substantial, thus my 4 star rating in lieu of a 5. That said, this is a good deal on a lovely faucet. Installation was a breeze and I had it in with no big issues (my first ever kitchen faucet install). July 18, 2011
