The showerhead integrates with the Forté faucet collection and resists hard water buildup while providing water flow of at least 2.5 gpm. Does the Bronze finish have a living or permanent finish? Is the entire shower head made of metal? What kind of metal?

The bronze is a permanent finish. This head has plastic internal parts however the exterior is made of brass.

How would I attach this to the Kohler K-9511 shower arm diverter?

The Kohler K-10282 will attach to the front of the k-9511. The K-9511 has internal male threading while the K-10282 has female threads behind the shower head.

will this shower head {Kohler K-10282 Classic Single Function Shower Head Only with 1/2 Inch Connection from the Forte Collection} fit on the KT16116-4A-BV shower arm?

The Kohler K-10282 will work witht eh 1/2" shower arm that comes with the KT16116 package.
