Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray from the Forte Collection 4 5 20 21

Very disappointed We purchased what we thought was going to be a nice faucet. After a little more than a year the side sprayer did not work properly. The plumber has replaced one part and now I am waiting for the second part to be delivered, hoping that it will work. I would not recommend this faucet and probably not Kohler products again if this does not fix it and I am responsible for the repair. October 13, 2011

faucet This is the worst faucet I ever had, starts leaking every other year / kohler does not stand behind product / was told by cust service that after the second time I had to repair it that if happened a third time that they would replace it with a new one.When called for replacement was told that the problem would have to happen three times in a year.also that it had to do with water deposits,funny that the faucet I replaced it with was 15 years old no problems .also no problems with any other faucets in my house. Leaks after 11 months! Paid extra for what I thought was superior quality. Now, after only 11 months, it leaks out the top every time we turn it on. May 30, 2011

Great product, great seller I have to replace the faucet for my stainless steel sink with 4 holes. Spent a lot time on your web site and considered some more expensive faucets, but decided on a middle-of -the-road model from a reputable brand name. The shopping experience and delivery are excellent. Many choices of finish to chose. The faucet looks great in stainless steel and easy to install without a hitch. It is working faultlessly, for about 2 months now. The unit feels solid and well built. The price is reasonable, by the way, no shipping cost. Excellent company, please keep doing such a good job. How many holes do you need in the sink to install the K-10412 faucet?

You would need at least two holles in the sink to install the Kohler K-10412, but if you had more than two, the plate would cover the ones you wouldn't utilize.

Does the spout on this faucet swivel?

The Kohler K-10412 does swivel.

How many inches from the deck to the aerator? Does it swivel?

The Kohler K-10412 has a spout height of 7.88". It is a kitchen faucet and so will swivel from bowl to bowl.

Is the sprayer separate from the faucet, in case I didn't want to install it?

The Kohler K-10412 can be installed without the sprayer. Your plumber would need to cap off the diverter during installation.

To use the K-10412 faucet with the K-3346-3 sink how many holes do I need in the sink?

The Kohler K-10412 requires two faucet holes. The Kohler k-3346-3 comes with three faucet holes, but because the K-10412 faucet comes with an escutcheon plate, it would coordinate.

Is the side spray made of metal or plastic?

The Kohler K-10412 is a solid metal fixture. All components will be made of metal including the side spray.

The maximum thickness the Kohler K-10412 can install to is 1" you would need the 1030920 extension kit to complete your installation.

IS THE FAUCET SCREEN REMOVABLE?

Thank you for your inquiry. I think by screen you are referring to the aerator. Yes, the Kohler K-10412 has a removable aerator.

Where can i get water supply lines for Kohler #10412 ?

Supply lines to the faucet are a common part and can be picked up at a local hardware store. The supply lines within the body of the faucet are not replaceable and would require replacement of the entire faucet. The part number for the supply hose to the sprayer that only comes with a new sprayer assembly is 1021724.
