We love our new Kohler shower! The hand held shower is very flexible and easy to position. This product is a simple and elegant design with a single handle for temperature/off and on. We installed two of these shower heads, with one handle set in our shower and love the simple elegant look that comes with the reliability of Kohler!

What is the difference between this model and the K-10827, K-10825, K-10824, etc.?
The difference between these faucet styles will be the handle. If you are pairing with bath hardware, sink faucets, or tub fillers we can pair the same handles and styles.
Can you use both the overhead and the hand shower at the same time?
You cannot use the overhead and the hand shower on the Kohler K-10828-4 Shower System at the same time. There is a diverter button to press that diverts all the water from the overhead into the hand shower.
where is the diverter button located?
The Kohler K-10828-4 has the diverter on the showerarm itself to divert from the shower head to the hand shower.
what is the hand shower tubing made of? Is it just a rubber tube or is it metal? Are there any plastic parts?
The Kohler K-10828-4 the hose is metal. Interior is of the hand shower is vinyl & lastly the face of the hand shower is PVC plastic.
Are any of the exposed or exteriorpieces plastic?
The face of the hand-held shower head is plastic.
