Bancroft Collection 60" Three Wall Alcove Soaking Bath Tub with Right Hand Drain
Good quality but doesnt exactly look like its pic
This biggest problem with this tub is it doesn’t look like the pictures Kohler provides and they ADMITTED AS MUCH TO ME. See the pic of the Kohler tub that I took. It has a very pronounced curvature in the apron. It doesn’t look bad but it doesn’t look like you’d expect from the marketing materials. In addition it ended up being too tall (step over) for a bathtub that will be used 99.9% of the time as a shower. The quality is good for an acrylic tub....doesn’t feel as cheap and flimsy as most acrylic tubs but nothing approximating cast iron. Additionally, the anti-skid finish on the bottom of the Kohler looks a little cheap in my opinion. "Americast" by American Standard is the best compromise between the feel and finish-quality of cast-iron without the weight and difficulty of installing a 300-400 pound cast iron tub. Kohler makes a nice product but this tub was just too tall and American Standard had lower step over in the same length and width which was a priority for me.

Great tub with excellent depth, finish, and style. One note, fastening flange is about 3/8" thick, keep this in mind when "furring" out the walls and planning on wall finishes.
