The product was shipped quickly, packed securely and arrived in good condition. Have it installed and using it over a month now and still loving it.

best decision ever
my 1/2 bath looks sick. at first I was a little nervous at the low price of this product on faucetdirect. all other sites had this sink for 500, 600 and up, including kolher.com. I though something must be wrong for it to be listed so low. maybe it was a cheap immitation, broken, used, old, but I was completetly wrong. great looking sink, not a single issue, my doubts were for not. I recomend this product to everyone, I actually have already spreading the news when friends and fam come over to my place. Kolher absolutely makes the best products and shopping online is the only way to go as long as you stay with ligit retails like faucetdirect. the sink sits perfectly into my granite countertop, i was a little nervouse about the overall hight but once i got it installed and saw that the bottom half the sink sits deep into the granite i was reassured i made the right purchase. everything looked amazing.
