Does this come with a pedestal as well as basin?

The Kohler K-2359-8 includes both the pedestal and the basin top required for this product. The only thing pictured that is not included will be the faucet.

What mount is needed to fasten this sink to the wall?

The Kohler K-2359-8 comes with 2 hangers that are provided with this.

aRE THE TRAP AND LAVATORY SUPPLIES INSIDE THE PEDESTAL OR ARE THEY VISIBLE?

The Kohler K-2359-8 will have the trap connection visible from the side. The pedestal conceals the front end and envelopes around the side, but not complete to the wall. The trap will be visible from the side.

if I have the sink, is it possible to buy the pedestal seperately?

The Kohler K-2357 is the pedestal by itself.
