is the trip lever included in polished chrome with the kelston toilet and is there a recommended toilet seat?
The Kohler K-3754 comes with a chrome lever but does not include the seat. The seat recommended by Kohler is the K-4650.

Pretty toilet. May be a bit high for short people.
The toilet has only been installed for a few days, so I can't attest to how it handles "heavy loads" etc. I can say that it arrived in very good condition and looks nice in the bathroom.
We got the comfort height which taking a bit of getting used to for me. I'm 5' 2" and the seat seems just a wee high to me. If you are shorter than that, or if you have small children, I might not get this version of the toilet.

can the trip handle be reversed so that the lever faces the front or is there an alternative handle available that does face the front?
The Kohler K-3754 can be reversed so the trip lever points forward.
If the bathroom has a rough in of 11.5" will that work with this toilet? I read that most toilets with a 12" rough in leave enough wiggle room to fit in a space that allows anywhere from 10.75"-13.25" - is this correct?
The Kohler K-3754 will most likely work with your application. You can also pick up an off set closet flange at any hardware store that will allow for that kind of install.
What angle supply is rec'd for this toilet? Product number?
The Kohler K-7637 would be an appropriate supply.
