The Kohler K-3761 is an undercounter sink without faucet holes, you can use as many or as few faucets as you wish. Mind that not many kitchen faucets will have more than an 11" spout reach or so, so not every inch of basin will be covered. But, a larger, most likely pullout spray, kitchen faucet with a sitting spout reach of around 10" would be fine.
The Kohler K-3761 work surface area can be used on either the left or right side, as it is a drop in part.
