There is not a configuration available that reverses the faucet hole but you might consider model K-3821-4. You will have three centered holes and one to the right of the sink.
The Kohler 3821-1 will not include the basin rack. The correct part number is k-6644.
Kohler does not have any recommendations for cleaners for the Kohler K-3821-1. However Kohler does say to always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface. Cleaners containing chloride are not recommended.
The Kohler Vibrant Stainless would be the best choice for matching finishes.
