Nice Sink - Very happy with purchase Sink looks great in my Cape Cod home. Sort of farm house looking rather than modern or industrial (as I had worried). Love the low profile edges. Good replacement sink Bought this to replace a cast iron two bowl sink. Even though dimensions are the same (33"x 22") I had to make my cut out 1/2" larger in both dimensions. Luckily I have corian and it cut relatively easy using a jigsaw. Another thing I had to deal with was the plumbing. Converting from a 2 basin to 1 basin meant rerouting pipes in the cabinet. This was my first time working with PVC piping. I essentially cut it near the wall and it took about 10 minutes to assemble and hook up my insinkerator. The one thing that really bothered me were the sink clips. They are flat head open slotted screws. Trying to get a screw driver to stay in place in a 9 inch deep recess which is only 2 inches wide is next to impossible. I spent upwards of 2 hours trying to figure that out. A serious design flaw. The finish is very nice, and it looks very stylish. For those who want to know this product is made in China NOT the USA. I placed my order with faucetdirect in the afternoon and it was at my door the next evening!!!! Good packaging. September 28, 2010
The perfect large 1 bowl sink I researched kitchen sinks for a long time since I was thinking of replacing a 2 bowl sink with a single bowl. It seemed like a huge change to me. I am really enjoying this sink. It is large and holds so many of my larger pans and great for hiding dirty dishes. I have always been one to use a cooking dish or bowl to hold soapy water even when I had 2 bowls. I was concerned about only having 1 drain but so far that has not been a problem. This sink is quiet, and does need some daily upkeep if spots bother you, after all it is stainless. It is nice looking with its very flat top edge, very square corners and straight sides. It is a great sink with a very good price. The single bowl continues to be a plus to me. FaucetDirect service was very helpful. August 13, 2010

Beautiful, functional and affordable After determining that we had to have the Vault sink in our new kitchen, buying through FaucetDirect was breeze. We received it in perfect condition and rather quickly. The sink is very spacious and elegant. There's also "sound-dampening technology" to lessen the clatter of pots & pans. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the drainage could be better assisted with more of a slope. Also, as with all stainless steel, it looks beautifully polished out of the box and after cleaning it. In between, there are water spots, pot scuff, etc. Overall I would highly recommend this sink. Only one hole which is where my disposal will go. Do I have to have strainer with tail pipe?

The Kohler k-3821-4 has a standard size sink drain opening for your disposal. Most disposals, like the InSinkErator Badger 5XP comes with the stopper and flange for installation. I sent you a quote for everything you'll need. I added a "Recommended" sink rack that you may elect to to remove from your cart. Click the "Update" cart after you remove any item, then you're ready to checkout.

Are there any sink basin grids that fit this sink?
