Easy to purchase This is the same faucet I saw in specialty kitchen and bath stores only $100 cheaper! Thak you for the savings! It was easy to order and it came well packaged. It only too a few days to receive. When I buy a kitchen faucet I will order it again through you. September 11, 2011

Easy install I paired this faucet with the Kohler Portrait pedestal sink. The details were a great match. Instructions say the faucet escutcheon is optional, but it looks and fits better with. Instructions say to remove faucet screen to flush the system before using, but a tool is not included. All tubing and connections are solid and drip free. July 29, 2011

better than delta I'm so thankful that kohler makes their faucets to fit granite countertops. sounds only logical right, but I'm a remodler and Delta has started making their faucets too short to fit on regular thickness granite so you have to buy an extension. Boo on Delta; thank you Kohler for not following suit!! July 4, 2011

Derick This faucet set has performed driplessly since installed a few weeks ago. Its style seems timeless, fitting well with our 75 year old house and the original bathroom sinks, whose faucets these replaced. My only negative observation is that the gushing sound of the water is a bit louder than in the old faucets. July 4, 2011

Great product, great site This is a beautiful faucet and very well constructed. We purchased the brushed nickle finish and it's very elegant looking. We haven't used it yet because our bathroom is still under construction, but the brushed effect in the finish will diminish the look of fingerprints or spotting. We're very pleased with this product and the very efficient service from the company as well. We've used the "Direct"site for multiple products over the course of the year and have always had great service and zero problems. We'll continue to look to this site in the future. June 24, 2011

Excellent product This is my 3rd purchase of this particular faucet. The first 2 faucet sets were for my children's bathroom several years ago, shortly after Kohler's introduction of this design in ORB. The finish has held up well thus far from numerous cleanings and performed problem free. When I needed to replace a faucet that didn't extend far enough into the bowl on a new pedestal sink in my powder room I went with this design again. I continue to be pleased with the look, finish, perfomance, and my husband is delighted with the ease of installation. June 6, 2011

A. The Kohler K-394-4 Includes a matching metal Pop-up Drain. As with most bathroom sink faucets, the Faucet itself also contains the valve cartridges. So yes, this faucet is ready to install straight out of the box.

Will this faucet fit a drain outlet 1 3/4" OD? Also, the 3 faucet hole measure 1 1/2"D will this faucet work with these measurements?

A. Thank you for your question. The Kohler K-394-4 will fit a 1 3/4 tail piece piping. The 1 1/2" is standard and will fit.

Whats included in the box when purchased? Can it be connected to european standard pipes? or needs special adaptors for that? if needed can it be also purchased through you?

A. Good Afternoon, This product has everything it needs to connect to American NPT standard piping. I am not aware of what is the standard for European pipes. If there is a difference, you would need an adapter and we do not carry those. Thank you

how is overall height 3.38 and spout height 4.75? Doesn't overall height include spout height?

A. The Kohler K-394-4 is curved outward and down. The spout is the actual spigot where the water comes out, which is 3.38" from the deck. Whereas the absolute top of the faucet, the arch, is 4.75" from the deck.

A. The faucet "spread" is measured from the center of the left handle to the center of the right handle, or more specifically, the center of the faucet hole that is drilled in your counter/sink.

A. The Kohler K-394-4 is the shower trim from the Devonshire series, the K-T398 is the tub trim and the K-394 is the faucet from the Devonshire trim. Being from the same collection they will match perfectly.

A. The Kohler K-394-4 is a double handled bathroom faucet and would not have an escutcheon as those are meant to have a single hole faucet fit into a three hole sink. This item doesn't have an escutcheon designed for it.
