Can this toilet seat be used with the Kohler Wellworth toilet?

The Kohler K-4701-CP is not one of the recommended seats for the Wellworth toilet. The recommended seats are K-4664 and K-4688.

No, the Kohler K-4701-CP is not compatible with the American Standard champion 4 one piece toilet.

Can this toilet seat be used with the Porcher Lutezia elongated toilet (model #90160)?

The Kohler K-4701-CP seat is too large for the Porcher 90160 so it would not work with that toilet.
