Great Toilet Seat Who would have thought there could be so many and such options for toilet seats? But I chose the right one with Kohler--quiet closing and one that easily comes off when cleaning to make the toilet more sanitary. And it didn't take any effort to get used to the comfort height of the toilet either. Now a normal height seems odd. April 19, 2011

Great product Nice slow closing. I was thinking of replace three of my old Kohler toilets which work fine but look a lit bit dated. After installing of the Kohler toilet seat. It changed the look of toilet. I ended up keeping the old toilets. December 8, 2010

Bad seat idea The seat on this is the exact same as on the French Curve---which I was trying to replace with something better. Naturally I returned this. The flat lid of the Glenbury was more to my liking than the French Curve lid, but the seat itself isn't great. February 13, 2010

Great Design This seat is very attractive - I put it in the powder room and it looks great. It comes off easily for cleaning, and is actually comfortable - something I wasn't really looking for in a toilet seat. It even works well for my 4 year old grandson. I love the slow close feature - 4 year old can no longer slam it. June 12, 2009

What is the difference, other than appearance, between the 4733 and the 4636 toilet seats? The reviews for 4636 are great, but the reviews for 4733 are not so great. The description sounds exactly the same when you compare them side-by-side...

The Kohler K-4636 has a soft, or quiet close toilet seat. That is the only difference between these seats besides the style.
