The Kohler K-7506 controls both hot and cold water with one lever. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Does the spray option stay on, or do you need to hold the button?
The Kohler K-7506 spray button will stay on without you having to hold it until you shut the water off. I hope this helps!

The Kohler K-7506 is 9.875 inches tall.
When handle is extended back, how many inches does it reach? I have a ledge behind sink and need clearance
The Kohler K-7506 needs a 3" clearance for the back direction of the handle.
Does this faucet comply with California's AB1953 lead requirements?
The Kohler K-7506 does pass California's lead requirements.
