Double Handle Roman Tub Trim with Metal Lever Handles from the Devonshire Series
Bought our kohler sinks, vanity faucets, tub faucet with valves and the shoer hardware set from FaucetDirect. Like the look of the devonshire collection for the faucets and handles. The handle for the tub has a plastic adapter spline that was easily stripped by one of the workers while they were installing the counter top on the vanity. He must have really cranked it the wrong way when trying to get some water out of the tub. The plastic adapter is easily replaced, by removing a screw inside then handle, and Kohler sent a new one out - received within two days.

The picture shown was not accurate-it does match the oil rubbed bronze finish on the other Devonshire products. This was confirmed when I called customer service.

Roman Tub Spout
I had to send back two of the roman tub devonshire faucets because the spout was tarnished. When I received the third replacement it was still tarnished so I called Kohler and they sent me a Spout replacement and it was perfect.
It was a hassel but I finally got a complete faucet that was not flawed.

Love the look. We received the 1st set with a serious manufacturing defect in the finish. Faucet Direct set up a return and sent a replacement with no problems. I have and would recommend Kohler products to and definitly would recommend ordering from Faucet Direct.

Must have proper rough-in valve
Kohler apparently changes their rough-in valves frequently, and we found out the hard way that this trim is not compatible with our old rough-in valve. We had to buy a new rough-in valve, then pay a plumber to install it, before we could use this trim. Short of trying this trim on your existing rough-in valve, I don't know how you'd be able to tell if it is compatible with what you have. Once you get it working, though, you'll be quite impressed with how this faucet works. One small, but particularly nice detail is how smoothly the water comes out of the spout, with zero splash or sloshing. Very elegant.

attractive and solid
Very attractive set with quality brass construction. Installs easily once you manage to get the rough in valves in place.
