How would I get a leverset for a bathroom with split finish?

The Kwikset 200BL can not be ordered as a split finish.

What size bores are required? There is no installation information.

Kwikset doors use standard size boreholes. Here is a link to their specification sheet that shows the measurements on it. http://www.handlesets.com/mediabase/specifications/balboasellsheet.pdf

what if my closet door is only 1 1/2"? And I want it to match the other Levers that fit the 1 3/8 doors.

The Kwikset 200BL is will work with a 1 1/2" door. They missed typed it in the specs.

Are both inner and outer handles included in one set?

The Kwikset 200BL does includes handles for both sides of the door.
