I need the dimensions from door to handle and length of handle

The Kwikset 488DNL is extends out 2-5/8" and the lever is 3-3/4" long.

I have the Dorian (satin nickel) dummy levers on my closet doors of my current house but they do not have visible screw holes on the front of them as these do--what product number matches what I have?

The Kwikset 488DNL is different the Dorian series you have now. Product numbers 606DNL, 968DNL, and 989DNL match the dummy levers that you are describing.

Is there a left and right dummy lever or just one that can mount either?

The Kwikset 488DNL is a reversible dummy handle.
