Is the 690DL keyed lever set dead bolt keyed on both sides?

Tthe Kwikset 690DL is going to be single cylinder dead bolt with thumb turns on the inside.

Does the interior knob come with this item?

The Kwikset 690DL does feature the interior portion.

If I order this lockset and the gibson handle lockset that has the smartkey can they both be keyed alike?

Yes, the Kwikset 690DL and the Gibson lockeset can be keyed alike once you receive the items since the Gibson will have the smart key version. Also, if the keyed alike option is selected during the purchase they will arrive already keyed alike. That is at no additional charge.
